The Healthcare Provider Profile Page serves as a centralized hub for entering and maintaining essential details about healthcare professionals and facilities. Moreover, specify the range of services and treatments offered by the healthcare provider or facility.
Create a new healthcare provider
To create a new healthcare provider, navigate to Network ‣ Healthcare Providers, then click Add New, and fill out the new line as follows:
1. Name: The name of the healthcare provider.
2. Arabic Name: The name of the healthcare provider or facility in Arabic, if applicable.
3. Provider Category: The category or classification of the healthcare provider (e.g., University hospital, class A).
4. Abbreviation: An abbreviated form of the healthcare provider's name or title.
5. Default Currency: The currency used for financial transactions and billing purposes.
6. Licensing Authority: The governing body responsible for issuing licenses to the healthcare provider.
7. License Number: The unique identification number assigned to the healthcare provider's license.
8. Provider Type: The type of healthcare provider (e.g., Pharmacy, dentist, Hospital).
9. Email: The email address associated with the healthcare provider for communication purposes.
10. Phone: The telephone number for contacting the healthcare provider.
11. Address: The physical location or mailing address of the healthcare provider.
12. Region: The geographic region or area where the healthcare provider is located.
13. Audit Discount: Any discounts or concessions applicable to speed the auditing processes.
14. ICD Version: The version of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) used for coding diagnoses.
15. Fees Splitting Method: The billing method for professional fees (e.g., hospital and physician fees are combined and the hospital pays the physician) may be divided in the payment orders or non-split.
16. Convert ER Authorization: is permitted to convert an ER claim to an IN claim.
17. Hold Payment: This configuration will stop all payment processing with this provider.
18. Auditor Physician: The TPA physician is in charge of auditing this provider's claims.
19. Payment Advice: This feature specifies whether a comprehensive payment should display all fees or a summary should display the total amount.
20. Contact – Department Name: The name of the department associated with the contact.
21. Contact – Email: The email address of the contact.
